It is almost always the case that you will have been asked to see a notary because you have a document that needs to be used abroad.
Prepare in Advance. It will save time and money if you can let us have a copy of The document to be notarised along with any letter or other form of instruction which you have received about what has to be done with the documents.

What is required?
Identification Evidence: the original of your current passport, current driving licence (with photo) or national identity card, plus either your council tax bill for the current year showing your home address, or a utility bill, (credit card or bank statement) showing your current address which should not be more than 3 months old.

When can I see the Notary?
You will need to arrange an appointment to see Basil Preuveneers in Kingswood, Surrey or to arrange an office or home visit.
If the matter is urgent, Notary Co UK London Victoria offer a walk-in service between 9 am and 5:30 pm Monday to Friday.
Payment is due when the notarisation has been completed and can be made by bank transfer or cash.
Notarial Charges & Expenses:
My minimum fee is £90. No VAT is added. Disbursements – Foreign and Embassy fees are extra. Home or office may incur travelling costs.
For more complicated or time-consuming matters, the fee will be based on my hourly rate of £100.
